At FootJersey Shop, we want to ensure your kit fits perfectly and meets your performance standards. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the jersey is unworn, unwashed, and still has the original tags attached; place it securely in its original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new size within 5-7 business days.
